Serviced Kharkov apartments
Laundry Service
Some our Kharkov apartments have washing machines, others don’t. But in any case you can order an inexpensive and convenient service of laundry.
How it works: call your apartment manager to request the service. Leave your things to be washed in a plastic package at the door of your apartment, and during the day the maid will come in to pick it up. In a day and a half she will bring it back, washed, dried and ironed. Depending on the amount of clothes washed, it will cost from $10 to $20.
Daily Housemaid Service
Normally our Kharkov apartments are cleaned and sheets/towels changed every 7-8 days depending on particular apartment; if you require more frequent maid service with change of towels daily, it will cost $7 a day. Please note: this service needs to be ordered before your check-in. Contact your apartment manager to settle it down.
Restaurant Food/Items Delivery
You are welcome to order food delivery to your apartment, even before your arrival. We can supply you a welcome package (drinking water, cheese, bread, butter, sausages, champagne etc) and deliver it to your apartment before your check-in. It can be anything you need – even candles and flowers, just let us know beforehand! Contact apartment manager here for details. Please note this service is available upon pre-payment for your stay in the apartment.
Airplane/Bus/Train Tickets Purchase/Delivery
You can order purchase of inland tickets for you if you plan to come to Kharkov from other cities (e.g. Kiev) or travel further to other cities of Ukraine. We can buy for you the tickets beforehand and send it over by mail (in case your international flight arrives into Kiev, we will buy your Kiev-Kharkov plane ticket and send over to your postal address before you depart for Ukraine), or deliver to your apartment (in case you are in Kharkov already but need to travel further). Please note: when tickets are bought inside the country it will be cheaper for you than buying them from abroad. For example, Kiev-Kharkov plane ticket inside Ukraine costs $60-80 depending on type of the seat. Contact apartment manager for details.
Transfer to the Apartment
Kharkov airport – your apartment transfer. Our English speaking driver will meet you holding a sign with your name on it, and transfers you directly to the apartment. This way you save your time and nerve bargaining with our taxi drivers, and not waste timing finding the building/entrance to the apartment. This service costs:
- From/to airport-apartment – $25
- From/to bus/train station-apartment – $15
Kiev-Kharkov car transfer. Sometimes it is more convenient to order a car transfer from Kiev (Borispil) to Kharkov. If there is no optimal flight connection, or there is a chance that your international flight arrival can be delayed, we will send a new air-conditioned car with professional driver to meet you in Borispil. English speaking driver will wait you with a sign with your name on it, and after you pass through the customs, will straight take you to Kharkov, your apartment. On the way (around 450km, 4.5 hours drive) you can stop by at “Sisters’ ” famous authentic Ukrainian restaurant to taste excellent Ukrainian food and relax.
- Kiev (Borispil)-Kharkov transfer – one way $260
- If you order and pre-pay two transfers - return $500
Your driver will be waiting you at Hertz car rental agency sign– after you pass through the customs and enter arrival hall, to the right there is “Hertz” sign – it’s well-visible and a good meeting point in huge and buzy Borispil airport.
We can also give you a car transfer to any destination around Ukraine – e.g. transfer Kiev-Poltava, Kiev-Lugansk, Kiev - Odessa;
