Our Rules

1. BOOKING PROCEDURE

Stay for 1-3 nights.
For bookings for only 1-3 nights we cannot guarantee a particular apartment, but in this case you are not required to pay any deposit (you simply pay the full amount upon checking in).

You can tell us which apartment/s you would prefer, but we can only reserve the accommodation at the price range that you indicate. On the day of your arrival we will put you in the best available accommodation in this price range. We only offer good apartments, but upon check-in if you do not like the apartment you have been offered, we will gladly assist your with switching to a hotel.

Stay for 4 or more nights.
For bookings for 4 nights or more, you can select and book from our website any apartment which you prefer (if available at the time of booking). However to confirm this booking you must pay, for each 7 day period which you book, a non-refundable1 deposit of $80. For example for a stay of 4-7 days you need pay deposit of $80. For 8-14 days you will need pay a deposit of $160. Deposit must be paid by Western Union and we will email you all necessary details.

2. PAYMENT

Payments of Booking amounts.
Booking deposit payments required for stays for 4 days or more have to be sent to us by Western Union.

In case you use WU, you need to provide us with the following information about your payment :

We will email you all necessary details about address of apartment, meeting and etc.

Check-in.
Upon check-in you are required to pay the balance of your payment in cash, or you can use a credit card (see below). This amount will not include a booking deposit which will be a security/damage deposit for the apartment and will only be returned on the day of your departure. For a short term stay payment in full plus the $50 security/damage deposit as above.

Paying by Credit.
Card You can pay by a credit card by withdrawing cash at ATMs located near apartments.

A tip: To save interest charges on cash you withdraw while traveling you can top up your credit card with the necessary cash before you leave.

3. ARRIVAL

Agreed Time.
We will meet you at any agreed time2. If you need to change this time or are delayed for any reason please contact us. Our mobile mobile phone number is +380677095545.

Change of your arrival time without notification.
If you change your time of arrival without notifying us we will keep the apartment for you for three hours after this agreed time. If you do arrive late without notification you can contact us by using our local mobile number: 7571792

Inspection.
Upon check-in you will need to show your passport and there will be an inspection with KharkovRent staff, to check the proper condition of your apartment. This is important with regard to the security/damage deposit.

4. DEPARTURE

Check out time.
Check out time is 12.00 noon. We can extend your stay after the check out time at the cost of $5.00 for every two hour period or less.

If the next client has arrived early in the morning, extension will not be possible.

Meeting at the night or early morning (from 9.00p.m. till 9.00a.m.) additional $5.
