Q. What deposit will I pay?
To make a booking you have to pay a booking deposit as described in RESERVATION PROCEDURE section by Western Union Money Transfer.
Q. How and when do I pay the balance?
The remaining payment for your apartment must be paid in cash to representative from our company at the check in to the apartment, on the day of arrival in Kharkov upon receiving the keys.
Q. Are cleaning charges included?
There is no extra charge for cleaning scheduled by the apartment's details on the website, in the case you need additional cleaning or washing services we can provide it for you at the special price, please discuss it beforehand with our manager.
Q. What if I have to cancel my reservation?
In case you cancel your booking, the reservation amount is not returned, as it serves the purpose of us keeping the dates you require and do not accept any other bookings for these specified dates, thus we could suffer losses on the apartment not being rented out in case of cancellation.
