Q.What deposit will I pay?
To make a booking you have to pay a booking deposit as described above by Western Union Money Transfer.
Q.How and when do I pay the balance?
The remaining payment for your apartment must be paid in cash to the apartment owner or a representative from our company on your day of arrival in Kharkov.
Q.Are cleaning charges included?
There is no extra charge for cleaning scheduled by the apartment's details on the website, in the case you need additional cleaning or washing services we can provide it for you at the special price.
Q.What if I have to cancel my reservation?
In case you cancel your booking, the reservation amount is not returned, as it had been already given to the owner of the apartment, so that they keep it for the dates you require, thus the owner suffers losses on the apartment not being used in case of cancellation.
