New luxury three-room (two bedroom) apartment, spacious, light and cozy, designer's project: renovation finished winter 2008. Apartment has two balconies with great view to Sumskaya street and Svobody square. Apartment has autonomous water-heating system, in spacious living room there is comfortable soft furniture set, large TV with SAT multi-lingual channels and balcony with great view. Beautiful kitchen-studio is a "pearl" of the apartment for a demanding client - spacious, very cozy, you'd be able to cook anything there as its equipped with everything necessary; there is beautiful glass table with chairs in dinner zone in the apartment as well good for conferences and business meetings. Next to the living room there is first bathroom with shower cabin with hydromassage equipment. Then corridor leads to main bedroom (spacious and beautifully decorated, with air-conditioner and balcony, king-size bed), second bathroom with triangle bath tub and washing machine, and guest bedroom with king-size bed with orthopedic mattress, air-conditioner. Its 5th floor of 5 storey historic building, no elevator.
