This comfortable and cozy one-bedroom apartment for rent is located in prestigious downtown of Kharkov called "Gosprom", on the main square of Kharkov - Svobody Square, on the 2nd floor of a 5-storey building. This Kharkov flat consists of a living room with a large convertible sofa (two can sleep), a new large TV-set. The kitchen is well lit and large and has kitchen furniture and all necessary equipment and utensils (electric kettle, gas stove, fridge, washing machine etc.), a dining table and chairs. A separate bedroom has a large bed with orthopedic mattress, a big wardrobe, air-conditioner and a TV-set, and faces a quiet yard. The living room has a big sofa set, a computer with Internet access, a large TV-set with multi lingual channels, a large balcony where you can easily place a dryer for clothes, or have a cup of coffee, and it faces a quiet street. The bathroom has a triangular bath tub with fixed shower, and an autonomous water heater. It’s very warm in the apartment rental in winter and chilly in summer due to thick walls.
