Detailed Description of the Apartment:
Spacious, designed in light colors apartment, remodeling done in 2005. Very warm in winter, very chilly in summer due to old "stalinka" type building with thick walls, great audio isolation. Spacious bedroom has nice king-size bed, wardrobe, living room has comfortable convertible sofa and armchairs, TV-set with satellite English speaking channels. Bathroom has bath with shower, autonomous water heater. There is no washing machine in the apartment, but the owner provides a very convenient and inexpensive service - they would wash your clothes, and return it to you second day, dry and ironed, for as little as about $3 per kg. Cozy kitchen has dining area and all the utensils. Door of the house entrance has lock. Apartment is located in the historical center of Kharkov - beginning of Moskovskiy Avenue, near Rozy Luxemburg and Constitution Squares, nice area with many cafes, restaurants, shops and entertainments. To name a few: "Yaske" Japanese restaurant, Vietnamese restaurant, casinos, shopping centers etc. But, the best convenience is that right below the apartment there is "Birzha" ("Exchange") beer restaurant located - you can have a nice meal there, or a glass of beer, and it won't take you long to get home. There is a safe parking lot in the yard as well. Apartment is located on the high 1st floor.
