DESCRIPTION
This is very cozy, newly renovated two-room apartment with separate kitchen, superbly located in historical center of Kharkov. All rooms have pleasant carpeting which makes floor warm in winters, and due to two air-conditioners (one in living room, second in bedroom) apartment is chilly in the hottest summers. TV with large screen has cable TV with multi-lingual channels, in living room there is comfortable sleeper sofa, bedroom has king-size bed with orthopedic mattress, TV-set and wardrobe. There two balconies in the apartment, one in living room, second in bedroom, with splendid views to downtown Kharkov. Kitchen is very cozy and equipped with everything necessary, including large fridge, gas stove, extractor, microwave, electric kettle. Bathroom has shower cabin, washing machine, and there is land line telephone in the apartment. Hall has video phone as well. In general, apartment makes a very warm and pleasant impression due to the fact that all furniture and equipment in the apartment is new, and renovation is done in light airy colors. The only drawback of the apartment is that its on the 6th floor of 9 storey building, and currently elevator is not working. The floors are not high, it can be compared to 4th floor in other old buildings of Kharkov, but it's the fact. As for the entrance and the yard, its very safe and quiet area, and entrance has coded lock.
LOCATION
Apartment is located in just few minutes walk from the most attractive places of Kharkov - Opera Theater, beginning of Sumskaya Street, Constitution Square, Pushkinskaya Street, Poetry Square, Theater of Pushkin, and many cafes, restaurants, shops. Apartment is on the 6th floor of nine storey building.
VIEW
Apartment is facing both Pushkinskaya street and Sumskaya street, entrance is from the yard of the building. In Gogolya street you can see Catholic Cathedral, new 5 star hotel "Chichikov" and other historical and new buildings, many cafes. Apartment is located in a new building, with new windows and its very quiet in the apartment at nights.
