This spacious, simple but comfortable two-room apartment is located in the heart center of Kharkov, at Constitution square, in 2d floor of a 5-storey building. The apartment consists of living room with large convertible sofa (two can sleep), SAT television with English speaking channels, kitchen-studio is large, and has kitchen furniture and all necessary equipment and utencils (electric kettle, sag stove, fridge, etc), dining table and chairs. Separate bedroom has large bed with orthopedic mattress, big wardrobe with mirror doors, and great view to Constitution square. Living room and kitchen have large balcony where you can easily place dryer for clothes, or have a cap of coffee, and its facing the quiet yard. Bathroom has bath tub with shower fixed in, washing machine, autonomous water heater. Its very warm in the apartment in winter, and chilly due to thick walls in summer.
LOCATION
This apartment is located on Constitution square, the historic center of Kharkov; out of the windows you can see the square and beginning of Sumskaya Str. Its excellent location, very convenient to get to any place around downtown, right below there is great fast food small cafe "Lido" and plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes around. The yard is guarded, there is car parking in the yard, entrance door has coded lock, and the apartment door is reinforced one. This apartment is situated in one entrance of the building as apartment ID 12, it will be comfortable if you are arriving with a friend, and want to stay close but in different apartments.
